Is anyone alarmed by this? No?… should be.
It is a MELANOMA – a very unpleasant form of cancer, not just a cosmetic line!

I saw this on a friend’s Facebook which she had reposted from a clinic in Worcester.
It isn’t a typical presentation of melanoma, which is normally associated with moles which have changed shape or colour, are itchy, bleed, and develop little “satellites” around them.
If you have a mole which is new or has changed – get it checked urgently.
I often remove unsightly moles under local anaesthetic and ALWAYS send them to the lab for analysis to ensure they are benign.

My role is precision mole removal surgery– for urgent diagnosis, see a dermatologist.
