Basal Cell Carcinoma

Don’t hide one of these under your mask!

This man pulled his mask down to bid farewell and I spotted this. It is a form of skin cancer (a basal cell carcinoma). If you have a non-healing skin lesion or a mole which has changed colour or shape especially if it is itching or scabbing, get it checked by your GP or dermatologist. The NHS runs a fantastic service for assessing possible skin cancers which are best treated as early as possible.

If you have any moles, cyst or similar you would like to have removed please get in touch, I would love to help.
